Huked Return Policy

At Huked, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your order, our 30-day return policy makes things simple.

Returns

You may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Products must be in their original condition and packaging.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 5–7 working days for the refund to appear (depending on your bank).

Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us.

 

How to Start a Return

1. Go to our Contact Us page and provide your order number.

2. We’ll send you the return instructions and address.

3. Pack your item securely and send it back to us.

 

International Returns

Customers outside the UK are responsible for return shipping costs.

Please mark the parcel as “Return” to avoid customs charges.
