🧴 Ingredients
- ½ cup Raw Unrefined Niger Shea Butter (base moisturiser) 1
- ¼ cup coconut oil or sweet almond oil (you can use your own pantry oils)
- 2 tablespoons turmeric-rich oil like Huked Turmeric Oil (antioxidant support) 2
- 1 tablespoon beeswax pellets (for firmness; if vegan use plant wax)
- 10 drops peppermint or eucalyptus essential oil (optional)
- Huked Organic Vitamin E Oil (optional — preserves & nourishes) 3
🛠️ How to Make
- Melt the shea butter, beeswax, and coconut/sweet almond oil in a double boiler.
- Remove from heat once melted and let cool slightly.
- Stir in the turmeric oil.
- Add essential oils and Vitamin E if using.
- Pour into clean, sterilised jars and let fully set.
👐 How to Use
Massage a small amount onto sore muscles or stiff joints once or twice daily. Best applied after showering or before bed.
